Paid package policy

Paid Purchase Terms

Version
terms-live-v1
Effective date
24 July 2026

These effective terms govern one-time academic-term packages. They are separate from the family-account Terms.

1. Supplier and contacts

PrepPilot is provided by GSPHERE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company. Principal address: JJ 287, Assetz Marq Phase-2, Kannamangala Village, Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Kannamangala, Bangalore South, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560067, India.

All three role addresses feed one accountable Zoho-backed workflow initially.

2. Parent and child use

A parent account holder must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and the parent or lawful guardian responsible for each child profile. The parent chooses covered children, provides accurate information, supervises age-appropriate use, protects credentials and gives or obtains the required guardian permission. A child cannot buy, upgrade, cancel or request a refund.

3. Service and educational limits

PrepPilot provides independent practice, evaluation, retained results and package-dependent feedback or progress tools. Some written-answer feedback is AI-assisted and rubric-grounded, but it may be incomplete or mistaken.

PrepPilot is not a school, board, official examination, official grade, diagnosis or guarantee of marks, rank, admission, mastery or future performance. Available material and capabilities are only those shown for the selected learner and package.

4. One-time packages

PackageGross priceSelected children
Chapter Essentials₹499Exactly one
AI Evaluator₹999One or two; 120 shared evaluated written answers
Insights Plus₹1,499One or two; 300 shared evaluated written answers

Each purchase is for the displayed academic term. It creates no subscription, mandate, automatic renewal or automatic debit. An unselected or later-added child receives no access from that purchase.

5. Price, GST status and receipt

PrepPilot is currently GST-unregistered based on its present turnover/registration assessment. Under in_unregistered_non_gst_v1, the package amount is the gross customer price, taxPaise = 0, no GST is collected, and PrepPilot issues a numbered non-tax receipt—not a GST tax invoice. GST is not optional or customer-selectable.

The current treatment has been reviewed with the company's CA and remains subject to ongoing threshold and compulsory-registration monitoring. A future required GST treatment will use a new immutable policy and document version prospectively without rewriting earlier purchases.

6. Payment and activation

Razorpay processes available payment methods. A browser success screen is provisional; access activates only after PrepPilot verifies the signature and exact captured amount against its server-created order. Never email a password, child PIN, OTP, full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.

7. Exact acceptance

Before order preparation, a parent must affirmatively accept non-preselected controls for these Paid Terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Notice. PrepPilot binds the versions and hashes to the parent, family, quote, purchase, package, selected children, price and tax policy using a server timestamp. It does not need an IP address, user agent or device fingerprint for that evidence.

Existing account users remain on account terms-v1 without retroactive re-consent or consent-record rewrites. Account acceptance never substitutes for paid-order acceptance.

8. Upgrades, coupons and refunds

The server calculates eligible remaining-term upgrade value, source credit, coupon, tax and final amount. An upgrade retains source children and must fit the target limit. There are no self-service downgrades or cash withdrawals of unused access. Coupons have no cash value.

Refunds follow the accepted Refund Policy, return to the original payment method and never exceed the captured amount. Pending or failed refunds are reconciled before another provider call.

9. Acceptable use and content

Do not access another family, protected answer/evaluator/admin material, provider credentials or protected records; bypass package, child, allowance, review, payment or security controls; scrape or sell PrepPilot content; submit malicious or unlawful material; or use PrepPilot as the sole basis for a high-stakes child decision.

PrepPilot and its licensors retain their service/content rights. A family retains its rights in the child's original answers and permits the processing described in the accepted Privacy Notice.

10. Availability, changes and liability

PrepPilot cannot promise uninterrupted internet, hosting, payment, email or AI-provider availability. It may correct content/feedback and preserve correction evidence or restrict a feature proportionately for child safety, security, law, payment integrity or service integrity.

Nothing excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, contractual liability for a paid-package claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected package, except where law requires a different result.

11. Support, grievance and disputes

PrepPilot will issue a reference, acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours, target a decision within seven business days and redress grievances within one month. Escalation does not prevent use of the National Consumer Helpline, an applicable consumer commission, payment/bank dispute route or another remedy that cannot be excluded.

Indian law applies. Subject to statutory consumer forums and other remedies that cannot be excluded, disputes may be brought before competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Versioning

The Paid Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, package, selected children, quote, price and tax policy accepted for a completed purchase remain bound to it. A later version does not silently reduce its term/scope or rewrite its acceptance.
